(Promoted from Director or Research and Development) -Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the product division operation (our Triple bottom line): - Profitibility, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction -Initiated and lead a major SRB-Wide modernization and integration initiative which will allow SRB products to integrate much more seamlessly -Developed several business proposals requiring approval at the SRB and Stardyne levels -Worked directly with the other GMs, COO and CEO -Continued to provide high-level technology leadership to my development team -Worked with our marketing team to product a new marketing campaign and focus for our product division -Successfuly raised new customer adds by 900% in 2011 over 2010 and 300% over 2009 -Scored high marks for employee and customer satisfaction for each quarter that I lead the division

-Responsible for the development leadership and innovation of our product division -Provided a technical analysis for new SRB acquisitions -Participated in corporate leadership collaboration -Lead integration initiatives with other SRB product divisions.

Started this software company with a group of partners in 2000 and was responsible for the original product architecture and design. Quickly moved into a development team leadership role with a focus on release management, product innovation as well as contributing to the sales, marketing and growth strategies of our organization. Positioned our company for acquisition in 2007 and was acquired on 2008 by SRB Education Solutions Inc where I moved into a Director role.

My first job after I graduated from NAIT. I was a software consultant and worked in a wide variety of projects and developed a large number of skills as a results. Worked primarily with C#, C++, Java, Oracle, SQL Server, Html, DHML, ASP, Oracle Forms.
