S/he will have a strong experience in account management/hotel acquisitions.The individual must also be able to work efficiently with the EMEA regional office and multiple third party organizations to meet her/his deliverables.Specific responsibilities include;? Developing & executing the strategy for signing up accommodation providers under the subscription fee Business Listing model to meet defined revenue targets? Identifying organizations that have large accommodation databases/memberships and negotiating deals, signing contracts and working with them to bring incremental Business Listing purchases.? Run appropriate educational programmes, eg Webinars, present and attend at appropriate Conferences, industry gatherings and third party eg. Tourism organizations to help build TripAdvisor's reputation and further accommodation provider's understanding of our offering.? Present any product enhancements to the appropriate parties to increase understanding/uptake including any product extensions to Attraction and Restaurant communities to increase revenue generated.? Produce weekly/monthly reports as required? Liaise with the inside sales team to ensure all offers are fully communicated and all opportunities are maximized.Candidate profile:? A minimum of 8 years overall work experience with at least 3 years in hotel acquisition sales at a leading company.? Excellent prospecting, negotiation and sales skills.? Able to leverage contacts in the travel community in Spain ? hotels, representation companies, Tourism boards, etc.? Experienced at building effective client relationships through positive communication, honesty and trust.? Ability to evaluate and set performance based compensation structures for third party agencies and execute/deliver results through them? Possesses excellent written and oral English.? Target driven and proven self starter with ability to deliver on commercial targets without constant supervision?
