DESCRIPTION:

As part of our client’s European Customer Service Centre based in Barcelona, Spain, you are highly motivated to deliver superior Public Tender support to their medical business.

You will be the main interface with the clients - mainly hospitals - from the countries you are serving (Scandinavia and UK).

You will be responsible for the entire Public Tender process - checking notifications, preparing the complete Tender, working in very close partnership with the various internal departments and field sales.

You will work on projects to improve the quality of our business processes leading to a better efficiency and enhanced quality of our services as perceived by our customers, which incorporate different European cultures and requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Tracking & searching for new Tenders.

- Ensuring renewal/extending of running Tenders.

- Working in very close cooperation with Field Sales to determine participation.

- Keeping track of awarding results.

- Informing internal partners of Tender results and the impacts.

- Ensuring correct pricing.

- Improving service levels.

- Providing product and other required information.

- Supplying marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Tenders and an international business setting required.

- Fluency in Swedish and English compulsory

- Organization, problem solving, multi-tasking skills

- Attention to details

- Open communication, flexibility and initiative are also key competencies

- General office software skills

- Experience with ERP system is preferred
