Meghen Group Support Services is currently recruiting a Danish Technical Support Agents for a client located in Barcelona. The company is a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) company providing front- to back-office outsourced solutions. They perform all of the business critical support processes efficiently and effectively, focusing their strategy on the customers, the competition and their market share.

Salary Indication: 19 000 Euros per annum

Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate should be Fluent Danish and English speaker with a Passion for IT and Technology. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a long term career!

Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day duties will include handling inbound and outbound calls to and from end-users, dealers and resellers

* When required handle customer queries in written form such as email, fax, chat or letter

* Identify, analyze and find solutions to customer issues related to the use an/or configuration of the products and services of the company

* Maintain constant product knowledge, follow up on any updates applicable

* Suggest improvements to or creation of new knowledgebase articles based on developing trends and resolved customer issues.
