Swedish Customer Service Advisor – £17K - £19K
 
SRG have been appointed to recruit a Swedish Customer Service Advisor to work for leading online gaming company in Gibraltar. This is a permanent position and a relocation package will be offered to the successful candidate.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within the gaming industry. The roles will involve supporting clients both over the phone and via email providing an extremely high level of customer service in regards to their betting / gaming experience.
 
Skills and experience required:
 
- Strong commercial customer service or sales experience working in a corporate / call centre environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Be flexible on working hours
- Have the desire to progress your career within online gaming / betting after 1 year
- Be well educated, ideally to degree level
- Already be living locally preferred but not essential
- Bingo, Casino or Poker Experience is an advantage
 
The online gaming industry is rapidly expanding in Gibraltar, Malta and the rest of Europe and the successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their career very quickly.
