Develop & maintain detailed understanding of the business of assigned strategic accounts. Will close multimodality deals or single product deals in strategic accounts as needed. Essential Responsibilities- Retain primary sales/orders responsibility for GEHC sales in the assigned strategic accounts. - Reporting into the Region General Manager, analyze accounts to develop a business plan and stgrategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services. - Will leverage Product Sales Specialist teams and work with Executive Account Managers to provide the necessary technical equipment, service or clinical content to the customer group. - Develop & implement GTM plans with Region cross functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. - Promote service offerings, identify and escalate commercial service needs. - Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high quality interactions with customer management, drive customer R-NPS on their strategic accounts. - Build long term strategic alliance with the portfolio of accounts to continue to add value. - Pro-actively monitor and escalate service issues to drive customer NPS. - Geographic scope: Iberia Region (Spain and Portugal) - Ensure knowledge of and compliance of integrity and company policies. Qualifications/Requirements:- Education to Bachelor Degree level, MBA an advantage. - 7 to 10 years experience in medical sales and senior level. - Proven key account management and project planning skills. - Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels. - Proven track record on relationship building skills.
