Sportsbook Site Managers (Gibraltar) - Ireland/Canada/Austra

Select Recruitment Gibraltar have been appointed to recruit several Sportsbook Site Managers for Ireland, Canada and Australia to work for one of the leading online gaming companies in Gibraltar.These positions are working directly with several teams within the business (online marketing, Sportsbook operations, design & development and CRM) to ensure that the Sportsbook is attracting and retaining as many customers as possible.Main responsibilities include:•Ensuring the highest levels of editorial quality•Working with trading to ensure comprehensive and relevant markets efficiently and effectively•Cross selling of all company products•Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity•Reporting KPIs on site performance•Aiding in maximising conversion rates of marketing activities•Schedule and prioritise the annual, monthly and weekly sporting calendar to lead all Sportsbook and CRM activity in your respective territoryThe successful candidate will possess:•Ideally educated to degree level/strong academic background.•Relevant experience in online betting/Sportsbook is preferred•Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to write intelligent and engaging content•Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of online marketing•Market/country knowledge in either Ireland, Canada or Australia of the Sports market•Previous experience of using CMS tools•Excellent analytical skills, able to assimilate data and understand trends•Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines•Numerate and confident with technology, especially Microsoft Office tools, a knowledge of HTML, the Internet and e-commerce•Able to work on own initiative, confident in own ability, imaginative and creative•A keen interest in sports and gamingIf you have the right skill set and a genuine interest in this position, then please apply now.
