There needs to be continual focus on building outsourcing opportunities across the various industries using both industry adapted horizontal solutions and in selling application and IT outsourcing in order to meet-if not exceed-growth targets. Within our Resources operating group the sales team is focused on serving clients in chemicals, energy, forest products, metals and mining, utilities and related industries. Accenture's Resources operating group is comprised of three industry groupings Energy, Utilities, and Chemicals and Natural Resources.The sales team is comprised of sales professionals focused on generating potential opportunities and on contracting work with clients. The roles have direct sales responsibilities with specific annual sales target. The Resources Smart Grid Services BPO Sales Capture Lead is responsible for working with existing Accenture Account teams to initiate, qualify and support the capture of outsourcing opportunities in the Smart Grid Services BPO space that are profitable to Accenture and have a compelling value proposition to the client. The Smart Grid Services BPO Sales Capture Lead focuses on managing opportunity sales campaigns and closing opportunities with clients for Smart Grid Services/BPO opportunities in the $20-$100+ million range or smaller break-through opportunities with significant long term upside.Smart Grid:A "smart grid" is a power system that combines traditional and new technology to manage the flow of energy more effectively and efficiently than previously possible and offers comprehensive solutions to environmental challenges facing the industry.Key Responsibilities:· Manage the opportunity sales campaign and close opportunities using deep sales process and offering expertise. Focus can range from single tower service group to complex, multi tower/transformational opportunities. Individual has direct and substantive levels of interaction with clients.· Establish qualification and win strategy and power map· Coordinate internal approvals, sales team resources, manage solution/proposition development and client interactions.· Effectively engage with the C-suite to maintain their continued support of the Accenture proposition· Influence client's selection process and evaluation criteria.· Ensure a Competitive Advantage is created.· Facilitate the negotiations and closing activities.· Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team.· Participate as the one or all of the following roles from the Sales Role Blueprint and Credit AlLocation: Sales Lead, Deal Shaper, Negotiator, Bid Manager, and, potentially as the Origination Lead for small-medium size dealsCualificacionesMust-Have Skills/Qualifications:· Bachelors Degree, advance university degree preferred· Minimum of 8+ years of selling/business development experience· Outsourcing and/or large complex sales management and business development experience.· Proven track record against $80+ million dollar sales targets· Experience in selling large scale projects to Fortune 100 firms or major public sector agencies.· Experience with C-level client relationship building and relationship management· Outsourcing and/or large complex sales management and business development experience· Exceptional communications skills· Travel as required (typically 50-80%)Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:· Resources industry experience preferred- Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and Natural Resources· Content-specialist in Smart Grid· Global expertise and perspective· Win Strategy Development· Value Proposition Development· Transition to Delivery· Sales Pursuit Management· Pricing Strategy & Execution· Proposal Development· Negotiate to Close· Deal Shaping· Business Case Development· Accenture Selling Methods· Offering Acumen· Alliance Management· Lead Generation· Offering Campaign ManagementPuestoSoporte y capacitación/facilitación de las ventasUbicación principalEspaña-MadridOrganizaciónExternalización de servicios (Outsourcing)HorarioTiempo completo
