Service Delivery Analyst

One of the most important telecommunications Company located in Barcelona is looking for a Native French speaker with high level of English Service Delivery Analyst.

Role purpose of the job:

. You will support the Technical Services and you will give support functions under the guidance of technical leads.

Key accountabilities:

. Ensures that customer promise times are met and agreed to standards

. Schedules and allocates all work for the configuration engineers including installations, modifications, emergency work and out of hours requests.

. Produces performandce monitoring reports

. Provides an order management function to support the day to day business including order tracking, delivery coordination, maintenance of customer data and supplier management

. Plans, documents and maintains all relevant fibre planning orders day to day

Career level:

. Medium or High level studies are recquired

. Basic telecommunications background/understanding

. Languages: fluent English (both verbal and written) and Native French speaker

. Good communication skills

. Team worker

. Aim and used to work in multicultural environment

Contract:

. Direct contract with the company

. Salary of 20'000€ gross/year + 142€ tickets restaurant

. Good communication facilities
