Job Purpose

Working closely with the Director of Project Management, your role will be to take the lead in the day-to-day management of full service studies, large component service projects, and lead teams as part of broader, multi-regional programmes and projects.

Job Function/Principal Duties

* Leading a team of assigned clinical research professionals both locally and internationally.

* Planning, implementation and delivery of clinical projects.

* Close liaison with external clients and third parties.

* Managing project costs within a budget.

* Guaranteeing quality standards.

Candidate Specifications

* Graduate calibre with a degree in life science.

* A minimum of 4 years clinical research experience.

* At least 2 years in a project management role preferably with a CRO.

* Experience across a range of therapeutic areas is essential, particularly in oncology.

* Possess excellent interpersonal, influencing and customer care skills.

* Demonstrate a thorough commercial understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
