For our Sales & Marketing team of our European Construction Tools & Accessories business unit (IRWIN, LENOX) we are currently looking for a:

IRWIN/LENOX Sales Promoter & Field Product Specialist

The job location of the position is Spain (Home office)

Major Responsibilities

To provide maximum branch support for centrally agreed product listings

Develop and implement promotional programmes for key LENOX/IRWIN lines

Expand the range of listed products in target branches

Achieve agreed sales targets for all nominated accounts

Provide onsite demonstration of key LENOX/IRWIN lines in-branch & at trade shows.

Provide training to branch employees of major customers. To work in conjunction with the Area Sales Managers to develop and implement a Field Marketing Programme for Key Accounts

To attend and manage pre-arranged events and customer / end-user shows

To identify key tool using groups and specify (on-site) in conjunction with the Sales Manager establish close and trusted relationships with these people

 

Qualifications

Sales experience in a related industry

Knowledge of the hand and power tool market in or associated industrial / trade industries

Degree level of education or equivalent qualification

Good presentation skills

Strong character with an outgoing personality, can-do attitude and enthusiasm

Ability to deal with complaints in a professional manner

Good IT skills - MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Prepared to work flexible hours, including long shifts and occasional weekends
