RightNow System Administrator

SRG have been appointed to recruit a RightNow System Administrator for a leading online gaming company that is also one of Europe´s largest bookmakers, based in the heart of the gaming world, Gibraltar.

The right candidate will manage and administrate over the RightNow product, focusing on the delivery of the excellent customer and employee experience when using the multifarious tools within the company. With an analytical and organised approach to work, the right candidate will continually identify improvements, and then plan the delivery of changes to the benefit of all customers.

Responsibilties:

• Point of contact for all users of RightNow whilst also developing and suggesting changes to the system, and maintaining business awareness of the product

• Maintain and develop customer help pages

• Maintain workflow rules, making sure all work is directed efficiently and to the correct department

• Develop a report application process to maximise efficiency of report creation and delivery

• Create reports, providing highly detailed analysis and recommendations

• Monitor and forecast system usage taking into consideration license agreements and identify customer service/experience trends in the CRM field through white paper reading

• Work alongside Project Teams and Analysts, identifying new product and systems releases to improve integrations between back office and RightNow software

Requirements:

• Previous experience of RightNow or another Customer Database product, CRM System or equivalent back office tool

• Knowledge of Orbis back office would be beneficial but not essential

• Strong knowledge of Excel and Access
