The Regional Sales manager will also contribute to Field sales strategy; defining and implementing plans for assigned regions, to achieve Field objectives.:Responsibilities: * To exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by selling salesforce.com solutions into enterprise accounts of >1,000 Full Time Employees and within an assigned geographical or vertical market. You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts. * Territory identification and research, to formalize a go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list within 30 days. * Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s). * Provide support and guidance to your direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required. * You will be responsible for the development of your team which will include recruiting, hiring and training new account executives on the salesforce.com sales process. * Conducts weekly forecast meetings. Coaches direct reports re: strategies to drive closure. * Reports on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management. * Consistently monitors the sales activity of the team, and track the resultsRequired Skills/Experience: * Extensive, relevant experience of selling enterprise software solutions gained within a major software vendor. * Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets * Proven sales leadership experience with very strong territory knowledge of Spain and Italy enterprise markets. * Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement * Credibility at all levels, including CxO * Fluency in English and Spanish or Italian, ideally both * Current full driving licence * CRM application sales or vertical Industry sector experience essentialhttp://www.jobsinmadrid.es/ads-Salesforcecom-Regional-Sales-Manager-29575.aspx
