RBU Product Specialist for EV Project
The mission of the RBU Product Specialist is to support the Product Manager on the main following tasks:- Deliver the volume and profit commitments of each product- Responsible for product launch activities on RBU countries- Ensure common information and common reporting ‘language’ between RBU and dealers- Market intelligence, information tracking on all product variablesMain Tasks & Responsibilities Develop BP products (volume, mix, gross profit, incentive, FME, NCC)- Develop budget proposal for the products (volume, mix, gross profit, incentive, FME, NCC)- Validate and manage VME assumptions adapted to local and regional level- Monitor and achieve budgetDefine and develop regional and local action plan to deliver NCC and volume- Develop and deploy action plan at local level in line with NESAS guidelines- Manage special versions in coordination with CMMProduct Status Report (monthly): standard reporting format using consistent marketing tools and data sources, providing a consistent reference point for performance across the organization- Volume, NCC, VI/ VA, TP VI/ TPVA, loyalty rate, purchase channel (awareness), follow-up and analyze customer order trends- Analyze market trends, customer profiles and customer needs- Analyze competitors’ activities and secure timely and consistent source of information and data- Monitor product mix and sales–diversity- Ordering recommendation during forecast meetingMonitor volume/ profit achievement and develop tactical countermeasures when needed- Support field force to implement action plans- Supply RBU Satellite Marketing Manager with needed information- Deliver key product information in local language to dealer networkOptimize VME- Variable marketing expenses- Analyze competition offer, build appropriate and fine-tuned offersDevelop incentive campaign in coordination with the Marketing Planning Manager- Develop financial offers with captive finance relationship (offer packaging)Prepare briefs (event, PR, Local Marketing Manager)- Develop appropriate briefs (product information) for internal and external stakeholders(advertising, POS, brochure, local Marketing Coordinator, PR, training, etc.)- Deliver launch guide (market data, product objectives, pricing, competition, customer offers,communication) and monitor activities- Brochure management (translation, check, stock management)- Control preparation of product campaignsSanity check of NESAS pricing and line up proposal- Prepare and implement price list, implement NESAS price adjustments and provide NESAS with mixes and local line-up proposalAdditional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any) - Cross-functional coordination- Team management of EV committee within Nibsa- Main coordinator and promoter for EV project and EV Nibsa steering committee- Manage the advancement of all business areas of Zero Emission Business fields (for Spain and Portugal)Function MarketingSite / Location of Position Spain - Barcelona (Nissan Iberia)Legal Entity Nissan Iberia, S.A.Part Time / Full Time Full TimeBackground & Experience - Automotive experience in marketing- Working experience of 1 year minimum in the Marketing department of a RBUMinimum Education Required MBASpecific Technical Skills - Microsoft Office Suite and internet tools- Jato professional user- Good relationship skills (permanent contacts with NESAS)- Excellent English skillsTarget Starting Date 01-Jan-2010https://sjobs.brassring.com/1033/ASP/TG/cim_jobdetail.asp?sec=1&partnerid=25024&siteid=5154&jobId=333996&type=search&JobReqLang=1&recordstart=1&JobSiteId=5154&JobSiteInfo=333996_5154&GQId=0&codes=IND
