This position is responsible for remotely pro-actively manage Relationships with High Value Core Merchant Accounts (100+ Merchants per Account Representative) and act as the Operational and Servicing point of contact for the accounts, liaising with the relevant departments internally to efficiently resolve any queries/issues.? Monitor the performance of these accounts and action when data triggers are hit (for example DBV decrease)? Generate New Booked DBV from the accounts through branch additions and closing of Online coverage gaps? Manage and improve the Perception of Coverage? Generate additional SE Revenue through selling in merchant funded marketing campaigns, address specific re-engineering projects, etc.? Engage accounts in complimentary marketing where appropriate? Manage ad-hoc escalations from these accounts? This role is adhered to an incentive schemeRequired Qualifications: Essential:? Has studied or worked in the local market for a minimum of 1 year within the last 3 years.? Excellent knowledge of local culture, business rules/etiquette, economy? Ideally customer service background with sales and relationship building experience? Results/sales driven, independent & self-motivated? Good analytical & numeric skills? Good level of negotiation/sales skills? Good listening skills? Costumer focused? Excellent Interpersonal skills? Team player? Professional and mature attitude? Computer literate?
