2ND LEVEL HELPDESK WITH NATIVE SWEDISH

At the moment we are recruiting agents for a helpdesk with native SWEDISH and a STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF NETWORKING for a Technical Service (inbound) with vibrant international company based in the centre of Barcelona.


The TASKS will be:
- Dealing with clients queries about routers, modems and switches.
- Assisting with technical support via e-mail, Web support and phone in a professional manner.
- Handling the queries of 1st level agents
- Training of new recruits.
