Multilingual Recruitment Consultant – South Europe

Exciting Multilingual Recruitment Company is looking for several consultants to work with key clients across Europe. Great commission structure!

We are looking to recruit at least 2 consultants for our expansion in South Europe.

The Company:

Approach People Recruitment has been growing strongly in Europe for the past 10 years and we are today a leader in multilingual recruitment, working in key partnership with many of the World’s leading companies based in Europe. We are now developing key accounts in the major European countries and we are looking for recruitment consultants to come and join us to recruit for those markets in Europe.

We already have many clients working with us in Ireland, France, Holland, Spain and Switzerland, but we are also looking to step up and grow our activity there. We have a number of tools and processes, and have a strong and skills/language-based candidate's database, which means our candidates search is easy and quick. We currently have a team of 30 people (25 in Dublin and 5 in Barcelona), multilingual and English speakers and are growing through the promotion of existing consultants going to work in our offices in Europe.

The position we are currently recruiting for will be based in Barcelona (with training in Dublin/Ireland).

The types of positions we work on are across the sectors in IT, Sales, Accountancy, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, Administration and they are based in the largest European countries.

We are looking for dynamic candidates, with some previous recruitment experience, a strong sales attitude towards convincing candidates to move between countries, with fluent English and French or German (ideally another language such as Spanish, Swiss German, Italian, Dutch or a Nordic language).

We need people with a strong sales acumen, who are dynamic and who can find solutions quickly. We offer one of the best commission structures on the market, so money motivation must be a strong interest for a consultant.

Our work environment is easy going and the pressure is only based on delivering the best candidates to our clients in the quickest time, but we expect people to be autonomous and be ambitious! We want people who want to progress in their career through personal efforts, to reach high salaries and rewards, and develop team management skills.

The Job:

O Recruiting for our key clients

o Business Development targeting international companies

o Working to reasonable sales targets

o Marketing and advertising on-line to generate candidates

o Interview and selection of candidates

o Assessing and short-listing candidates

o Develop good country knowledge and convince candidates to move between European countries

o Negotiate rates and close deals if in contact with clients

o Database management

o Good general knowledge of specific sectors (Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing etc…)

The Candidate:

O First experience in a recruitment environment, with sourcing, selection, candidate management or business development.

o Some experience dealing with clients would be a strong plus

o Ability to build and improve relationships

o Motivated, enthusiastic and driven to work towards targets and mostly towards client satisfaction

o Highly Organized

o Ability to work alone, and run own desk

o Ability to work “smart” and, develop all opportunities in the market

Fluency in a second language: preferably French or German or Swiss German (additionally Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Italian…etc would be a plus).
