-Ensures that the Business Support scope of the given Service Tier are completed to highest available standards
-Builds seamless relationships with business support and regional teams for escalations and process improvement initiatives
-Pro-active establish relationships with customers and regional business supporters to ensure highest level of customer experience
-Strongly influences development of strategy within Business Support
-Manages Business support team, within given Service Tier
-Delivers world class support to customers as defined by the KPIs
-Grows, develops and delivers a strong sense of customer focus to ensure a rising customer satisfaction
-Manages customer feedback into Senior Manager Business Support and internal customers on a regular basis
-Acts as a single management interface for Business Support to the business for given Service Tier
-Leads and motivates the team, ensuring that there is effective recruitment, performance management and development
