Manager Business Development Middle Market-1113808DescriptionThe Manager, Business Development is a direct sales position responsible for identifying business opportunities and capture new business for a broad range of American Express business products.Working in the Middle Market involves effective filtering and qualifying of prospects and building and maintaining a solid pipeline of prospects to ensure successful achievement of acquisition targets through researching and understanding clients' issues to develop solutions that meet their specific needs. Additional responsabilities include self identification of leads.General knowledge of the Catalonian marketplace is needed in order to understand the factors and issues that impact customers' businesses. Working with customers of varying sizes across a variety of industries. Selling products and services in the Middle Market moves at a relatively quick pace, with deals often initiated and closed within a few months' cycle.
