It sales&marketing design manager

Multinational company setting a Global Shared Services Center in Madrid for IT Solution Delivery to all over the world.

This role is responsible for all solution design activities within its Functional Tower. Manages a team of designers, working closely with counterpart off-shore build managers.

It provides solution delivery assurance (programme, project and implementation management) and support (coaching, mentoring), to the global team of solution designers working across a range of product suites and across multiple geographies.

The Design Mgr will be accountable for their own P&L ensuring a balance between income and cost by setting appropriate rate cards, utilization targets and right-sizing of the organization. Good communication and motivation skills are essential given the global reach of the team.

From a project perspective the Design Mgr will be accountable for ensuring their team deliver solutions which are high quality, cost effective and on time as measured against the project quality plans.

Requisitos -Educated to degree level

# 9 years experience in delivering IT solutions with evidence of progression

# Product Knowledge depending Marketing. Solid knowledge of applications Siebel, Swift, CRM, R3 - SD

# A technical driven management capability with a proven track record of successful line management of IT technical professionals

# A proven ability to manage in a complex operational environment, with joined up management of on shore and off shore staff

# Strong project management experience
