International EDI Support Technician

ServiClients Informàtica, S.L. is a company specialized in IT services, that belongs to a group made up of three companies focused in different technological areas. At ServiClients we have a dynamic and flexible group of professionals, which allows us to meet our clients’ needs almost immediately. We also offer project management and consultancy services.

We are seeking for two EDI-PEGASUS support technicians. One must be fluent in English, and the other must be fluent in German.

Selected applicants will become part of a team of professionals in the sector, and will perform the following tasks:

- Support / Multinational Technologic Consultancy in EDI-WEB.

- User support and training.

- Support in technological services (IT applications for communication between clients and suppliers, and user-level support in logistic and financial business processes).

- Basic communication tools: MS Outlook, and occasional telephone support.

- International and national support.

- Standard tools: Office, preparation of reports using Excel, presentations, notification letters.

- Use of specialized EDI tools and products.

- Team work, both for current and future projects.

Requirements

- “Formación Profesional Grado Superior – Informática”, or equivalent degree (Superior IT Technical Degree)

- Minimum experience of 2 years.

- Fluent English or German.

- Good knowledge of MS Office programs.

- Experience in logistics or automotive sector will be valued. Also, experience in IT Services companies, and in dealing with customers.

- Applicants must have their own vehicle, in order to be able to arrive to the Company’s premises.
