Responsibility will be 60% Internal Sales and 40% Customer Care.

• Primary Role:
-Hitting the sales Targets
-Participate in the Marketing campaigns
-Handling of enquires from customers via emails/phone
-Sending out quotes via email & post to customer
-Maintaining the existing client base
-Expanding this client base
-Support the sales Force on the field
-Participate in the exhibition organization
-Increase penetration in existing customer accounts. Build relationships with the existing customer base and identify up-sell / cross-sell opportunities.
-Open new business relationships and opportunities. You will be expected to do market research, prospecting and undertake whatever business development is necessary, to maintain a healthy revenue pipeline. Personality and energy are the keys to success. Travel required. Establish business requirements within the client base


• Customer Management:
-Calls/Emails: product info, order info, prices, delays, issues.
- Order Management: Daily Follow-up - Order Entry Process (checking data and stock controlling) – direct contact with Manufacturing and customers - Post-Order Process: credit notes, shipping issues and complaint.

• Sales support:
- Preparation and shipment of Marketing Samples - Virtual Samples -
Samples before production - Quotations- Request - active calls to support marketing/sales actions to distributors.

• Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Business
-Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service, Sales or Marketing
-Team Player, Negotiation, communication skills
- High Level of Enthusiasm, Initiative and Energy
-Customer Oriented
- Proactive, creative
- Accurate, well organized and responsible
-Fluent in English and in French, written and spoken
-Good knowledge of CRM
