My client, already the largest recruiter of financial advisors in Gibraltar have ambitious plans to expand and offer their services in a number of jurisdictions throughout Europe. Their reputation for both quality of advice and adherence to the standards required by their regulator is excellent. My client is fully aware that these factors are vitally important to help them attract the top quality advisers they are looking for. This role is fully independent as my client is not tied to any particular insurance company or investment provider. This means that they act in their clients’ best interests at all times. Many of their clients are Ultra High Net Worth with a large proportion of them being professional footballers. The 7000+ available clients are based both in Gibraltar and throughout the European Union.

My client is seeking additional Financial Advisers who have a number of years experience in advising clients on their financial planning requirements. A minimum requirement for the role is the full Financial Planning Certificate (or equivalent). Some of the existing advisors are qualified to Chartered Status. Additional advanced qualifications and the ability to converse in other languages is not essential but would be advantageous. The majority of the advice currently provided is in pensions, investment and tax planning therefore a candidate that can demonstrate a proven experience in providing this kind of advice would be excellent.

My client is willing to offer the right candidate an excellent basic salary with industry leading commission splits as well as the best qualified compliance and administration support. Experienced IFA´s from Europe are also encouraged to apply as this role does include a relocation package for the right candidates also.
