Your tasks:

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be in charge of:

- Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone.

- Respond to incoming calls and transform them into sales.

- Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment.

- Provide technical information regarding the products.

- Take care of the selling process.



Requirements:

- Native level in German/ Swedish/ Swiss German and French/ Flemish + Business English (both spoken and written).

- Previous Experiences in Sales / B2B communication

- IT knowledge or high interest in IT

- Excellent listening and communication skills.

- Experience in customer care is an advantage.

- Looking for a challenging job position.
