We are looking for an English Speaking Service Manager, to join the helpdesk team of an international company.

The TASKS will be:

-To lead teams to meet and exceed business objectives ensuring the consistent achievement of all financial and operational KPI`s.
- Manage team of 25 - 60 people.
-Manage client relationships at an operational level in terms of coordinating information and data requests and delivery of these within agreed timescales and required quality standards.
-To achieve maximum cost effectiveness of services
-Development of the site structure and management team
-Developing a culture of continuous improvement
-Ensure SLAs and procedures of all services are met

- Full time position fron Monday to Friday.
-Weekly rotating shifts: from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Working area: Central Barcelona
- Salary dependent on experience.
