ITALIAN Senior Technical Order Analyst

Provide technical expertise to a customer (internal / external) facing sub-team of 10 to 15 people within a central Order Receipting Desk. The role is to provide high quality second level support to the day to day business activities performed during the technical validation and order receipting activities of customer orders. Key Accountabilities : • Ensure the ORD quantitative and performance KPI indicators are maintained • Provide technical expertise and support to team • Maintain relationships with key interfacing departments • Ensure conformance to operational processes • Responsible for conformance to SLA’s and quality measures
