SRG has been appointed to recruit for a Business Unit Management for an Leading Online Gaming company in Gibraltar. If you have a keen interest in a career as a Business Unit Team Leader in a dynamic Online Gaming environment then we may have an opportunity for you.

Candidates Responsibilities:

- Managing 3 to 5 Business Unit Teams, consisting of 3-5 full time employees each + up to 50 freelancers

- Be in close cooperation with the CEO and COO in order to define the business units strategy

- Ensuring all our customer are guaranteed a quality service

- Monitoring and supervising communication towards customers

- Securing market leadership in product quality and community size

- To ensure product quality and process adherence in the Business Units you will be in close collaboration with the QA Team

The right Candidate will posses:

- Very good written and spoken English skills

- The ability to make good but quick business decisions

- Experience in leadership

- Interest or Familiarity in Web 2.0 or communicative skills

- Be very organised and have very good communicational skills

- Highly motivated and driven by success

- Be commited to the job at hand and be willing to work long hours

- Very responsible individual, having sharp focus on results
