German Customer Service Support Specialist

As a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST you will be part of the Customer Engagement Department.

The main responsibilities in this position include:

* You will have to be able to work in a constantly changing environment by supporting customer service inquiries/ needs via email and phone regarding services, information, logistic support.

* As a member of the Customer Service team you will have to show great communication skills, patience, abilities to provide appropriate solutions and organisational qualities.

* You will have to maintain a positive attitude, and must provide excellent customer services even when multi-tasking.

- Rotating shifts: 4days in / 4 days off (afternoon, night)
