GERMAN Technical Order Coordinator in Barcelona

Region : Barcelona As a Technical Order Coordinator you will be receiving customer orders from other internal departments concerning new telecommunication projects or services. You will verify that the client information of the order is correct forward it to the internal departments executing the order and you will follow–up on the order verifying that the order is implemented as planned.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Ensuring that customer promise times are met within set timescales and to agreed standards
- Scheduling and allocating all work for the configuration engineers including installations modifications emergency work and out of hours requests
- Collating all feedback from engineers about installations and updates managers
- Producing performance monitoring reports
- Providing an order management function to support company's day to day business including order tracking delivery co-ordination maintenance of customer data and supplier management
- Planning documenting and maintaining all relevant fibre and day to day planning orders
- Installing and commissioning the latest digital multiplexers at company network sites
