Confidential/Barcelona, Barcelona, SpainOur Company SELLBYTEL Group is now looking for a French Technical Support and Customer Care for our customer leader in the technological sector.

This role is responsible for servicing the inbound presales calls generated from SMB, consumers and proximity resellers marketplace. The Agent will ensure that customers/resellers are effectively supported in their requirements by being guided through the intricacies of the products carried by the Store.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound presales enquiries (coming via telephone or email) by giving to customer detailed information on products, drive him on internet specific page for more information, detect immediate sales opportunity, and manage this sales opportunity according to the rules.

Refer non sales /presales enquiries to the right organization (Technical support, store post-sales, etc).

Manage customers & resellers requests on spare parts by checking spare part id, availability and refer customers / resellers either to the online spare part store or to specialised spare part partners.

Close inbound sales on accessories, supplies and low end products on the store.

Qualify inbound sales opportunities that require sales negotiation and pass the lead to the store telesales Strong Product / services knowledge (PSG/IPG/ESG/HPS).

For B2B non SMB customers check within CRM – Siebel , the sales contact name, give it to customer & in case customer has a purchase product enter it as a lead into Siebel.

Candidate Profile

High IT knowledge.

Native speaker in French and high level of English

Customer Service.

Organized / Efficient.

Cross-selling/up-selling.

Proactive and service attitude.

Good Questioning Skills.

Hold business level conversations deriving customer need before positioning product & price.

Strong personal interest & curiosity in IT products and applications.

High capability to listen to customers.

Is expert to conduct adequate questions to have a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, accounts qualification, customer choice drivers.

We offer

Annual Salary: 15.600€ gross/year + bonus 100€/month.
