SRG have been appointed to recruit a French Customer Service Advisor to work for a leading online gaming company in Gibraltar. This is a permanent position and a relocation package will be offered to the successful candidate.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within the gaming industry. The role will be to support customers over the phone and via email in relation to their gaming experience.

Skills and experience required:

• Strong commercial customer service or sales experience working in a corporate / call centre environment

• Excellent telephone manner

• Be flexible on working hours

• have the desire to progress your career within online gaming / betting after 1 year

• Be well educated, ideally to degree level

• Already be living locally preferred but not essential

• Bingo, Casino or Poker Experience is an advantage
