Title: Financial Master Data Analyst

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• The job holder is responsible for ensuring the continued accuracy and integrity of IFS Financial Master Data, especially Customer, Vendor and General Ledger

Primary tasks:

• Create & maintain Vendor master data

• Create & maintain Customer master data

• Create & maintain General Ledger master data

• Ensure that duplicate records are identified and prevented where not justified

• Ensure that interrelations between data elements are correct and consistent

• Ensure that data is created or changed only with appropriate authority and approval

Other activities:

• Provides back up support to co-workers where needed

• Special projects as requested

PRofile:

Education

3 or 4-year (BS or equivalent) Accounting or Finance Degree

Fluent in English (additional language proficiency a plus)

Accountancy or equivalent Finance professional qualification

2 years of experience in a global finance function within a multi location and multinational corporation
