Location : ZaragozaReports to : General Manager, Spain (locally) and to the international Finance Director.Number of reports: 4Position purpose: Overall responsibility for the Finance function , supporting the General Manager at local level in delivering key financial performance indicators and meeting objectives , whilst reporting functionally to the international Finance Division. Major/Key Responsibilities:Responsibility for financial reporting both internally and externallyOverseeing Accounting, Treasury/ Cash Management and General Finance department.Ensuring compliance with Corporate HeadQuarters and local statutory financial regulations and business controls.Maintaining relationships with HQ Europe and Global Management.Liaising with internal/external auditorsPreparing of the monthly financial report and quarterly business review presentationsFormulation and ongoing control of budget processControl over Credit Controllers to ensure cash improvementOverseeing supplier financial relationships and approving paymentsApproving payroll and expense reimbursementMaintaining relationships with banking contactsEnsuring compliance with country government regulationsLine management and leadership of Finance Manager and Supervisory team Qualifications:Graduate or Postgraduate Qualification in business related subjects , Qualified Certified AccoutantVery fluent in English.
