DANISH CUSTOMER PRODUCT SUPPORT

Our Company SELLBYTEL Group is now looking for Danish Customer Advisors for our customer leader in the technological sector (computers, laptop, PDA’s, telecommunication, entertainment …). This team will be delivering sales support to final customers while providing the best quality on customer care on those markets.

Main tasks:
- Inbound Sales support and selling of products to increase revenue & conversion rates, while ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
- Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds…)
- Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests.
- Resolving Customer’s requests, using customer’s troubleshooting protocols in order to provide accurate information

- Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures.

- Strong Communication skills. Adaptive communication and active listening

- Demonstrable sales and customer service experience
