Customer Support Representative - French and German

Our client is one of the leading multi-national IT consultancies worldwide.​ They provide technical support to companies wishing to implement new technologies in the workplace to improve their technical efficiency.​

Due to the expansion of their Customer Support team, new possibilities have come up of new entry-level positions which offer a great opportunity to get a foothold within one of the leading companies in its sector.​

Candidates will be expected to provide telephone-based technical support in the international support centre located in the centre of Barcelona to clients experiencing software or other technical problems from across the client´s various European markets.​

The candidate will:

* have experience of offering great customer care in a previous customer-facing role.​

* be enthusiastic, with an interest in IT and a desire to work in a customer service role.​

* must also be fluent in English and at least one of these other European languages: German, Dutch, French, Turkish, Scandinavian languages, Portuguese and Italian.​
