Customer Support Representative - French and German
Our client is one of the leading multi-national IT consultancies worldwide. They provide technical support to companies wishing to implement new technologies in the workplace to improve their technical efficiency.Due to the expansion of their Customer Support team, new possibilities have come up of new entry-level positions which offer a great opportunity to get a foothold within one of the leading companies in its sector.Candidates will be expected to provide telephone-based technical support in the international support centre located in the centre of Barcelona to clients experiencing software or other technical problems from across the client´s various European markets.The candidate will: * have experience of offering great customer care in a previous customer-facing role. * be enthusiastic, with an interest in IT and a desire to work in a customer service role. * must also be fluent in English and at least one of these other European languages: German, Dutch, French, Turkish, Scandinavian languages, Portuguese and Italian.
