Region : Barcelona , CataluñaOur client is a leading multinational in the Technology sector. As part of their strategic expansion plan, they are looking for several key figures for their Spanish Operations, where they have centralized their European Customer Support Service.
Based at their offices in Barcelona, we are looking for
Customer Support Executives UK
The main duties will be :
1. Provide support to customers, offering solutions where possible to queries and incidents.
2. Respond in a professional manner to all the situations, ensuring a highly professional level of service and support for the customers.
3. Work closely with Technical Support and Complaints teams, ensure that the best possible service is offered at all times, and that corporate Best Practices are observed.
4. Record and document all the solutions provided, maintaining updated customer files for future reference
5. Ensure that all incidents are followed up, where necessary, and that the customers are updated continually on the issues involved in resolving their incident
We are looking for several people to work in this team who have :
1. Desire to provide top quality support – someone who can put themselves in their customer’s position and appreciate that they want solutions to their problems
2. Passion for learning – you must be someone who has shown in the past that you have been able to learn new technologies quickly
3. Excellent phone and communication skills, both written and oral – we are looking for people who are comfortable working over the phone with people from their own country
4. Ideally some experience working in a Customer Support function
5. Ability to work in a multinational multicultural team
6. Available to work in shifts, ensuring full coverage for the customers at all times
7. An excellent working level of English, as well as being a native speaker of the language required
