As a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST you will be part of the Customer Engagement Department.

The main responsibilities in this position include:

* You will have to be able to work in a constantly changing environment by supporting customer service inquiries/ needs via email and phone regarding services, information, logistic support.

* As a member of the Customer Service team you will have to show great communication skills, patience, abilities to provide appropriate solutions and organisational qualities.

* You will have to maintain a positive attitude, and must provide excellent customer services even when multi-tasking.

What's on offer

25.000€ gross per year

Food allowance

4 days in/ 4 days off

We are a consulting company specialised in the recruitment and outsourcing of commercial people and Native Speakers. For one of our clients we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Salary Indication:

25000 gross a year + food allowance

Requirements:

The profile we are looking for

Qualifications

-Native Czech or Polish

-Fluent in English and German

Experience

- Previous high volume data entry experiences

- Knowledge of windows based packages.

- SAP working knowledge is a plus

Skills

-Interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and motivated

- Ability to work in a disciplined way with little guidance

- Problem solving skills
