Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading multinational company in the medical industry is looking for:

Customer Service Representative with strong commitment to deliver superior customer service

Your main tasks would be:

- Processing orders

- Administration of orders and invoicing

- Provide product information to customers in Germany

- Price quotations

- Organize quick deliveries from warehouse to the client

- Stock allocations

- Administrative support of the sales team

We are looking for a young professional, who is a native speaking person from any major European country (UK, Germany, France, Benelux, Italy, Portugal, Nordics), with strong customer orientation. The ideal candidate is computer literate and has back office experience in international platforms, of at least 2 years

We offer full time contract from Monday to Friday, competitive salary conditions (depending of the experience of the candidate) and a very interesting benefit package.
