One of the business units within HP has several organizations where HP deliver solutions, services and support directly to customers, suppliers and/or partners from Spain to all around Europe, which requires people who speaks German language.

This business is growing at a very rapid pace, therefore we need new people who are interested to join a multicultural and dynamic teams based in Barcelona (Spain).

The main responsibilities are:

- Customer relationships: Serve as single point of contact for customer requests regarding open orders and claims
- Order receipt and check
- End-to-end order follow-up
- Claims management
- Invoices management

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor`s / University degree (at least 4 years degree) in Business Administration or similar
- Languages: English is a must and knowledge of Dutch or French (native level)
- Between 6 months - 1 year (at the most) of experience in sales admin support job.
- External customer interface experience
- Knowledge of sales support processes (order tracking; quotations)
- Knowledge in IT Tools (MS-Office)
- General understanding of procurement processes
