A medium sized CRO (Clinical Research Organisation) is currently expanding at the moment and is seeking an experienced CRA (Clinical Research Associate) to join their fantastic team in the Madrid or Barcelona area. This CRO (Clinical Research Organisation) are offering a home based position at CRA II (Clinical Research Associate) and Senior CRA level. They work mainly across Phases II-III and across several therapeutic areas, they are a great company to work for and the career prospects are excellent!

In your role as a CRA II/Senior CRA you will be involved in (but not limited to) the following duties:

*Performing initiation, monitoring and close out visits.
*Collecting high quality data.
*Mentoring more junior members of the team.
*Contributing to documentation design.
*Assisting the Project Manager as required.
*Adhering to SOP's, ICH-GCP and other local regulations.

This brilliant CRA II (Clinical Research Associate) position ideally requires at least 2 years independent monitoring experience, gained within a CRO (Clinical Research Organisation) or pharmaceutical company. For the Senior CRA level, you will need around 4 years experience monitoring. You will also have knowledge of the drug development process, and skills across several therapeutic areas and phases II-III. You will also have to be bilingual in English and Spanish.
