A medium sized CRO (Clinical Research Organisation) is currently expanding and is seeking an experienced CRA (Clinical Research Associate) to join their fantastic team in the Madrid or Barcelona area. This CRO (Clinical Research Organisation) are offering a home based position at CRA II (Clinical Research Associate) level. They work mainly across Phases II-III and across several therapeutic areas, they are a great company to work for and the career prospects are excellent!

In your role as a CRA II you will be involved in the following duties:

*Performing initiation, monitoring and close out visits.
*Collecting high quality data.
*Mentoring more junior members of the team.
*Contributing to documentation design.
*Assisting the Project Manager as required.
*Adhering to SOP's, ICH-GCP and other local regulations.

This brilliant CRA II (Clinical Research Associate) position ideally requires at least 2 years independent monitoring experience, gained within a CRO (Clinical Research Organisation) or pharmaceutical company. You will also have knowledge of the drug development process, and skills across several therapeutic areas and phases II-III. You will also have to be bilingual in English and Spanish.
