Self motivation and a flexible attitude are highly valued.Job SummaryFull site responsibility for clinical studies according to SOPs, ICH-GCP and local regulations less experienced CRAs. Ensures trials are run in line with safety requirements and that the clinical trial data is accurate and reliable.Key Duties and Responsibilities*Responsibility for complex clinical trials, including monitoring, initiation visits, and closeout visits, feasibility (when required) ethics submissions and study tracking*Works as a member of the project team, assisting the project managers with protocols and ICFs, CRF design and other clinical trial documents, organising meetings as required, developing SOPS *Recruitment of potential investigators, Negotiation of investigator budgets and assist with site contracts (with support)*Translation of study documentation,*Ensure consistence in Data integrity, and that QA reports are positive. Performs data management review, and alerts of any data issues with CRFs*Identifies Serious Adverse Events according to the procedures.
