Country Manager – Gibraltar (Hungarian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese)

SRG has been appointed to recruit several Country Manager´s for an Online Leading Gaming company in Gibraltar. If you have a keen interest in a career as a Country Manager in a dynamic Online Gaming environment then we may have an opportunity for you.

Candidates Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of three to four employees as well as up to 12 freelancers.

• Be in close co-operation with the CEO and COO in order to define the business unit strategy

• Monitoring and supervising communication towards our customer

• Be in close cooperation with the Marketing Department when planning the marketing activities and closing deals

• Securing market leadership in product quality and community size

• Assist your community in becoming the number one

The right Candidate will posses:

• Very good written and spoken English skills, as well as one or more of the following languages:

Hungarian

Bulgarian

Romanian

Japanese

Korean

Chinese

• Strong Leadership skills

• Experience in internet business, marketing and media buying

• Studies or professional experience in economics and or business administration

• Interest or familiarity in Web 2.0 or online communications

• Be very organised and have very good communicational skills

• Highly Motivated and driven by success

• Be committed to the job at hand and be willing to work long hours

• Very responsible individual, having a sharp focus on results
