Sales Administrator Spain

We are looking for a competent administrator with experience in a sales environment to provide support to the sales team who work directly with the customer base in Spain. The role will involve processing customer orders, maintaining customer database, sending acknowledgements and other information to customers, dealing with customer enquiries and general administrative support. You will need to be computer literate with experience of business database systems, well organised, customer orientated and an excellent communicator.

You will be numerate and accurate in dealing with alpha-numeric information. You must also be fluent English and will be based in Barcelona, or within a commutable distance. You will have experience and proven ability in administrative and organisational tasks, have an understanding of the principles of high quality customer service and the ability to contribute to these in a positive and effective manner. Your initial training may be in the UK so you must be able to travel.
