Customer Service Manager – Gibraltar

SRG have been appointed to recruit a Customer Service Manager to work for a leading on-line gaming company based in Gibraltar.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:

• Fluent in English and speak ideally Italian, Swedish, German or Spanish

• Experience in set up, supervision and motivating a team of CS agents

• At least 1-2 years experience within Casino, Bingo or Poker

• Understand and supervise the necessary work flows dedicated to this kind of role

• Understand the importance of setting targets to drive their team

• Have knowledge of gaming legislation requirements

• Well educated, ideally to degree level

• Good understanding of Excel to be able to provide management reports

• Good communication skills, liaising with other departmental Heads will be a key part of the role

• Be already living Gibraltar/Southern Spain but candidates prepared to relocate will also be considered

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career within the company into a more senior management position after 1 year.
