Bilingual Customer Service and VIP Sales and Marketing Executives needed to relocate to Gibraltar / Spain!

SRG have been appointed to recruit Customer Service and VIP Sales and Marketing Executives to work for leading online gaming companies in Gibraltar. These are permanent positions and relocation packages will be offered to the successful candidates.

These are exciting opportunities for those who are looking to progress their career within the gaming industry. The roles will involve supporting clients both over the phone and via email providing an extremely high level of customer service in regards to their betting / gaming experience. If you are selected for a VIP Position then you will be building relationships with VIP clients and be involved in promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidates for this position will be fluent in one of the following languages:

• French
• German
• Russian
• Latvian
• Lithuanian
• Swedish
• Danish
• Greek
• Dutch
• Mandarin

Skills and experience required:

• Fluent in English and speak at least one other European language.
• strong commercial customer service or sales experience working in a corporate / call centre environment
• Excellent telephone manner
• Be flexible on working hours
• have the desire to progress your career within online gaming / betting after 1 year
• Be well educated, ideally to degree level
• Already be living locally preferred but not essential
• Bingo, Casino or Poker Experience is an advantage
