Reporting to our Area Sales Manager for Southern Europe and the Middle East, you will be responsible for working with our existing distribution partners in the region as well as improving and expanding our local distribution network. A strong focus in this region will be on end users.

The Position

- Maintaining relationship with existing key accounts and support accessing/ penetrating new industries (e.g. construction, oil & gas, pharmaceutical etc.) to achieve and exceed the annual sales forecast for the region

- Attend end user visits with our distributors in Spain (and Portugal) to drive business results

- Support distribution channels by generating sizable leads to our dirtsibution partners

- Participation in local exhibitions, promotion campaigns and customized training programs for potential and existing customers

- Monitor competitor activities in the market

Qualifications

The Candidate

- Technical degree or technical background with extensive commercial experience

- Min. 5 years customer-facing outside Sales experience, preferably in the PPE industry, selling to end customers and distributors

- Good technical skills and understanding

- Good understanding of how to manage distributor relationships to ensure a profitable collaboration

- Experience with PPE equipment is an advantage

- Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills on all levels of an organisation

- High level of customer orientation coupled with a and solution-oriented approach

- Goal-oriented and able to deliver on commitments

- Ability to work and organise workload independently

- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish (mother-tongue preferred)

- Business fluent in written and spoken English

- Additional languages an advantage
