Job Number: 1466414 BusinessGE Healthcare Business Segment: Healthcare IT Posted Position Title: Applications Specialist 1-HC Career Level: Experienced FunctionServices Function Segment: Field Services Location: Spain City: Madrid Postal Code: 28023 Relocation AssistanceNo Role Summary/Purpose:• Enable customers to use PACS and RIS by preparing the system, education and further support during and after Go-Live • Perform Onsite, Headquarter Based and Remote Training for RIS and PACS-Products • Workflow Analysis and (Clinical) Consulting for RIS and PACS • Sales and Marketing Support in Demos and Exhibitions Essential ResponsibilitiesRIS and PACS training for European customers products of responsibility • Support the customer in the workflow analysis for RIS and PACS • Training, Preparation and Maintenance of Masterfile Data • Support during and after Go-Live • Support Sales and Marketing in Exhibitions and Customer Demos • Drive best practices and boundaryless behavior between team, regions, marketing, sales and services • Enhance and share best practice between the team/regions and Application Development. • Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, the Quality Policy and documented processes. Promptly escalate any quality or integrity issues . Comply with Environment & Safety (EHS) Policies and applicable laws and regulations. Complete all mandatory EHS trainings. Actively participate in accident and incident investigation and follow up. Maintain defined levels of housekeeping and ensure a clean, clear workplace and participate in EHS inspections. Identify and correct hazards and unsafe conditions.
