My Spainsh Air Tarffic Management client is looking to appoint a Safety (SMS) Manager with an operationalb ATCO background in a control tower environment. You will report to the Director General and specific responsibilities will include: SMS elaboration and management Follow-up and effectiveness of corrective actiona nad reporting Evaluation of safety efficiency Elaboration, review and follow-up of safety documentaion Management of SMS Committee Risk analysis of operational scenarios Elabortaion of Safety cases You should have the following attributes Specialist in Air Navigation Technical and operational background in a control tower environment Specific training in SMS - 5 years applicable experience Hig motivation and excellent written and oral communication skills Pro-active, dynamic and adaptable to a changing environmnet Able to work in a highly demanding environment Fluent English Languge - essential Spanish Intermediate - desirable Location: Madrid with travel to further towers in Spain Annual Salary: €75,000 - 90,000
