Posted Position Title: Aftermarket Job & Business Coordinator Career Level: Experienced FunctionServices Function Segment: Field Services Location: Spain City: Barcelona Postal Code: 08830 Relocation AssistanceNo Role Summary/Purpose:The position develops the Aftermarket business in the assigned country and is responsible to achieve the targeted growth. He shall promote service capabilities targeting new customers and opportunities, fostering customer’s loyalty, increasing market penetration, and expanding our current offer. The position shall coordinate Field Service Job executions, ensuring continuity of the customer relationship, and being responsible for the quality of provided services. Essential Responsibilities- Understand the valves service market place and the factors which influence business; - Analyze the market and work in conjunction with the Aftermarket Manager to achieve Aftermarket growth targets; - Carry out regular customer visits and establish solid relationships to foster customer’s loyalty and promote services and long term agreements; - Support the preparation of business plans for growth and follow up targets on a monthly basis; - Map all yearly Turnarounds in the country and make sure we do not miss any opportunity; - Support the development of upgrade programs; - Help to build, populate and update competition analysis; - Help to build, populate and update valves installed-base data in the country; - Prepare and submit requested sales reports and documentation (e.g. periodical sales reports, expense reports, etc.) in a timely manner; - Analyze Control Valves and Safety Relief Valves service job requirements (both at site and indoor), schedule and supervise all phases of the service/repair activities; - Evaluate critical equipment issues and suggest solutions and upgrades; - Coordinate field service technicians, as well as third parties resources, during job execution to achieve scheduled completion and required quality levels; - Prepare detailed technical report of issues, carried out activities, final handover; - Identify recurring problems and prepare recommendations to management; - Keep up to date with all aspects of Control Valves and Safety Relief Valves and the Company profile. - Compliance with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications/Requirements:- Hands-on engineer with extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in industrial instrumentation and maintenance, and handling of aftermarket quotations and job activities; - In-depth knowledge of control and safety valves across the oil&gas, refining, energy and process industries; - Able to supervise the dismantling and reassembly of all types of valves and relevant accessories; - Solid knowledge of valves testing tools & equipment, and utilization of test workbenches; - Ability to coordinate resources and tools; - Knowledge of software tools such as word processors, spreadsheet, databases, presentation tools; - English Language skills both written and verbal; - Uncompromised ethical behavior, and high integrity; - Secondary-school diploma or undergraduate degree in a relevant engineering discipline; - Availability for travelling, flexibility to work in extra-time and non-working days. Desired Characteristics- Experience with a control valve and/or safety valve Manufacturer; - Knowledge of process industry major technologies and applications; - HSE Training Certificates; BOSIET Basic Offshore Safety Induction Training Certification.
